Privacy Policy

We collect only what we need to run the service:

• Account data: your email address, and (if you set them) your first and last name. Created when you sign up.
• Product data: the cards you add to your watchlist, the price alerts you configure, and any buy prices you record for profit calculations.
• Billing data: if you subscribe to a paid plan, payment is processed by Stripe. Fendle never sees your full card number; we receive a customer ID, plan status, and the last four digits.
• Usage data: basic logs (timestamps, IP address, browser type) used to keep the service running and to detect abuse.

• Create and secure your account.
• Track the cards on your watchlist and refresh prices from the TCG API.
• Send transactional email — price alerts, account confirmations, and billing receipts — from alerts@cardwatch.mintmarketco.com via Resend.
• Process subscription payments and renewals via Stripe.
• Diagnose problems and improve reliability.

We do not sell your personal data, and we do not use your watchlist or alert history for advertising.

Card prices and metadata shown in Fendle come from the TCG API. That data is about cards, not about you — querying a card never exposes your identity to the TCG API provider.

• Supabase — database, authentication, and file storage for your account, watchlist, and alerts.
• Stripe — subscription billing and payment processing.
• Resend — delivery of transactional email (price alerts, account emails).
• TCG API — source of card metadata and market pricing.

Each provider processes data only as needed to deliver their service, under their own terms and security practices.

We keep account, watchlist, and alert data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we remove your personal data within 30 days, except records we are required to keep for tax, billing, or legal reasons.

You can access, correct, export, or delete your data at any time from Settings, or by emailing support@mintmarketco.com. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under laws such as the GDPR or CCPA, including the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.

Price alerts and account-related emails are transactional — they are tied to your use of the product. You can disable specific alerts at any time. Every email includes an unsubscribe link, and you can unsubscribe from non-essential email entirely via that link or from Settings.

Connections to Fendle are encrypted in transit (HTTPS). Account data is stored in Supabase with row-level security so that your records are only accessible to your account. No system is perfectly secure; if you suspect an issue, please report it to security@cardwatch.mintmarketco.com.

Fendle is not directed to children under 13. If you believe a child has created an account, please contact us and we will remove it.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be announced by email or in-app. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the latest revision.
