Terms & Conditions

Fendle is a Pokémon trading-card price tracker. It lets you build a watchlist, set price alerts, and view market pricing data sourced from the TCG API. Prices and trends are informational only and may be delayed, inaccurate, or unavailable.

You need an account to use most features. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for activity that happens under your account. Provide a real email address — we use it to send alerts, receipts, and account notices. You must be at least 13 years old to create an account.

Some features require a paid subscription. Subscriptions are billed in advance through Stripe on a recurring basis (monthly or annually) and renew automatically until cancelled. By subscribing, you authorize us and Stripe to charge your payment method for the applicable fees and any taxes, both for your initial term and each renewal.

You can cancel at any time from Settings. Cancellation stops future renewals and takes effect at the end of your current billing period — you keep Pro access until then. To avoid the next charge, cancel before your renewal date.

No refunds. Fendle is a digital product delivered immediately, and all sales are final. Payments — including subscription fees, renewal charges, and partial or unused periods — are non-refundable, except where a refund is required by applicable law. Cancelling stops future billing but does not refund amounts already paid. If you believe you were charged in error, contact support@mintmarketco.com and we will review it in good faith.

You agree not to:

• Scrape, mirror, or resell Fendle data in bulk.
• Interfere with or attempt to bypass authentication, rate limits, or security.
• Use Fendle to send spam or harass other users.
• Use the service in violation of applicable law or third-party rights.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.

Pricing, trends, and alert calculations are provided for informational purposes only. Fendle is not a broker, dealer, or financial advisor. Trading cards involve risk; do your own research before buying or selling. We do not guarantee the accuracy, timeliness, or completeness of any price displayed.

Fendle — including its name, logo, design, and original content — is owned by Mint Market LLC. Pokémon and related card names, images, and trademarks are the property of their respective owners and are used here for identification only. We claim no ownership of card imagery or trademarks displayed via the TCG API.

You may close your account at any time from Settings. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms, abuse the service, or expose us to legal risk. On termination, your right to use Fendle ends and we will remove your data in line with the Privacy Policy.

Fendle is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that prices will be accurate.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mint Market LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, or data, arising out of your use of Fendle. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim, or USD $50, whichever is greater.

We may modify or discontinue features at any time. We may update these Terms; material changes will be communicated by email or in-app. Continued use of Fendle after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

These Terms and any dispute arising out of or relating to them or your use of Fendle are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. You agree that the exclusive venue for any dispute will be the state or federal courts located in Virginia, and you consent to personal jurisdiction there. If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
